This position focuses on assisting the Recreation Manager with a variety of aquatics programs and special events, ensuring our facilities operate smoothly and efficiently.

As the primary coordinator for our pool activities, you will work closely with multiple managers to deliver high-quality programs that engage participants of all ages.

Qualifications:

• At least two years of college education in a related field
• Three years of relevant experience in recreation and sports
• Strong organizational and leadership skills

We are looking for individuals who can adapt to varying schedules, including evenings and weekends. Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor certifications are preferred, or the ability to obtain a lifeguard certification within the first year of employment, as we prioritize the safety and enjoyment of our participants.
