After School Sports Programs NOR offers after school sports programs in over 26 schools throughout the district. Sports vary based on season. The program is intended to be a non-competitive recreational activity. Coaches teach the basic fundamentals of the game, teamwork and sportsmanship, allowing the kids to have fun while learning the game. Participation is the major emphasis. For Active Adults (age 55+) Silver Streakers Baseball The "Silver Streakers" play slow pitch softball twice a week, year round. Men must be 55 years or older and women must be 50 years or older.
